Unusual Double Taxed cv - 2.2.1910 Minneapolis commerc cv frank 2c for delivery in the USA, Redirected to Switzerland charged "T30 centimes" in New York, taxed in Geneva 10+20c Swiss P. Due stps but as addressee left these were annulled w/straight line ANNULL. The cv was redirected first to Cairo 20.II 910 then to Jerusalem where a 1pi Turk P. Due stp (Mi 29) was affixed to the back tied by pmk JERUSALEM (PM 15) on 27.2.910. The cv was held by the Thos. Cook office (oval cachet) before being returned to their Cairo office. Finally, a sticker with the USA return address was posted on front and the cv was returned reaching Grand Forks - N.
